Behind the Ticket: Volume 1

With Morgan Rask, Enablement Manager

What Inspired your career in ad tech?
I worked in the media field and knew what a difference Pilot would make for those who use it every day and I wanted to be part of that!

Do you see your role as more aligned with customer support, service, success, or experience, and why?
Customer Success: Good training to start with leads to a successful Pilot user long term.

How do you ensure users feel confident and supported when learning Pilot or a new feature within Pilot?
Repetition: Training, Office Hours, Help Center, Support.  Accessible help when and where you need it.

What’s the one piece of advice you would give to your peers in a customer service role?
Put your feet in their seat.

What’s one underrated part of a great onboarding experience that people often overlook?
Prep! Having things ready to roll makes it easier to learn and avoid the fumbling around that can easily cause confusion.

What’s the most common challenge clients face when adopting new tools, and how do you help them overcome it?
Letting go of what they used to do and embracing an easier/faster/better way to do it :-)  Showing them the time it will save them usually persuades them!

How does ShowSeeker use client feedback from training and demos to improve our product or processes?
Clients are the best source of ideas. We want to hear what processes make your job difficult so we can devise a way to make it easier.

What’s the most rewarding part of working at ShowSeeker?
I enjoy watching the end users' reactions when shown a new feature or workflow in Pilot that will help make their lives easier.

If your job or career had a soundtrack - what song would it be and why?
This is a hard one! Whatever It Takes – Imagine Dragons (thanks to a Google search, LOL)
