Behind the Ticket: Volume 2

With Benji Zadrozny, Client Support Manager

What Inspired your career in customer support in the ad tech space?
Not to sound like Bob Ross, but it was a "happy accident." I went to college to be an English teacher and found out that my personality is more equipped for assisting customers with complex issues, handling data sets, and leading a team of professionals in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Which term resonates with you most? Customer support, service, success, or experience—and why?
Customer Support. Everyone needs support when they struggle, and everyone struggles from time to time. It's always helpful to have the right assistance.

What does great customer service mean to you?
Great customer service is being reliable to our clients. Active listening, drawing out specific pieces of information through asking good questions, and listening to our clients is critical. Everyone wants to be heard and understood.

What's the most valuable thing you have learned working in customer support?
You can learn anything. Being a good human with empathy comes first.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to your peers in the industry?
Be ready to help at all times. Everyone looks for consistency, but being consistently ready for the call to action is invaluable.

What's one way ShowSeeker's support team goes above and beyond for clients?
Our team works hard to empathize with the end user and be as communicative as possible. There's nothing worse than an unhelpful Help Desk team.

How do we ensure fast response times without sacrificing quality?
Our team knows what information we need to troubleshoot issues. We can always refer to a list of preferred and required information to minimize the back-and-forth with the client.

How does feedback from clients shape the way we improve ShowSeeker's products?
Our team works to be as efficient as possible. Feedback from our users helps us fine-tune our processes and products.

What's the most rewarding part of working at ShowSeeker?
Everyone here is interested in doing a phenomenal job and coordinating with each other. We all work together to "make it make sense" when dealing with complex concepts.

If your job or career had a soundtrack - what song would it be and why?
"I Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty. We are in an endless pursuit of understanding. We fall in love with the problem, and ultimately, we won't back down from identifying the root cause of the problem.
