Product Manager
As a part of the Product team, this role will work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product leadership to assist in gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, developing product briefs, writing new features, and ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met. A successful Product Manager will help ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and delivers user value.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document feature requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Write and define the product briefs to be used in the execution of user stories
- Oversee the prioritization of development work and define the product roadmap
- Work closely with the design team to define the user experience and workflows
- Manage the coordination, creation, and implementation of features and bugs
- Provide insights to the engineering team on business requirements
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clear and precise to facilitate successful testing by the QA team
- Lead and coordinate the sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and standup meetings
- Participate in client communication to review and demonstrate new features
- Make suggestions for new products and services to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of software experience
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Experience working directly with product, design, or ad sales teams
- Experience with project management and effective planning and coordination skills
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
- Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
