What inspired your career in tech?
Technology has always inspired me due to its potential to make a positive impact on people's lives. That's what drives me to work in this field—the ability to develop solutions that truly matter.

What’s one part of QA that you wish more people understood or appreciated?
QA's role is to promote a quality culture, improve processes, mitigate risks, and anticipate issues. While bug hunting is part of the job, QA's primary focus is ensuring everyone owns quality.

How do you stay current on the latest QA trends and tools?
I'm deeply involved in Brazil's software testing communities. I've spoken at many events and workshops and have a great support network. This keeps me on top of the latest trends.

What's one piece of advice you would give to others looking to work in tech?
Technology has the power to transform lives. Whether you're building it or using it, it's incredibly impactful. Working in tech means embracing a continuous learning journey. There's always something new to explore, which is both exciting and challenging. The key is to start at the beginning and never stop growing.

What’s a recent innovation or feature you’ve contributed to that you’re particularly proud of?
Working on the Advanced Proposal tests has certainly been very challenging, and I am very proud of it. Without a doubt, this feature will impact our current and future clients, and it is an honor to be a part of it.

What's the most rewarding part of your job at ShowSeeker?
I've found that the people at ShowSeeker are what make it such a great place to be. The chance to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and the company's commitment to work-life balance have been incredibly fulfilling.

If you could have any superpower to help you at work, what would it be?
My superpower would be to learn very quickly. Reading about a topic and immediately being able to apply it. That would definitely be useful.

If your job or career had a soundtrack - what song would it be and why?
Billionaire by Bruno Mars. This song represents being relevant at work, being recognized as a QA, and enjoying all the benefits that come with it.

Outside of work, tell us about your passions, hobbies, or just things you enjoy.
While I appreciate my time at home, I also have a passion for live music events and attending church services.
